About the job
As a Finance Support, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial administration and supporting the smooth operational flow of our brokerage activities. Working closely with the Finance Operations Manager, you will assist with deal administration, transaction processing, debtor management, and general financial housekeeping.
This role is ideal for a junior candidate or student with a structured mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage recurring weekly tasks while also handling ad-hoc financial activities.
You’ll help ensure our financial records remain reliable and up-to-date, contributing directly to the quality of our internal reporting and operational efficiency.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Deal Life Cycle Management & Administration
- Support the administrative structuring of the deal life cycle.
- Collect and coordinate essential deal-related information from brokers, such as PO numbers, reference details, and client data.
- Ensure all required details are complete to enable accurate and long-term contract administration.
Transaction recording
- Assist with daily bank transaction entry and basic classification.
- Maintain accurate and organized records to support ongoing financial administration.
Debtor Management Support
- Carry out weekly follow-ups (emails/calls) regarding outstanding client payments (Accounts Receivable).
- Log communication and updates clearly and consistently in the system.
Expense Administration
- Process transactions from the debit card provider, verifying receipts and supporting documentation.
- Ensure correct accounting allocation and timely reconciliation of expenses.

You are structured, reliable, and eager to learn. You enjoy working with numbers and supporting others through precise and well-organized administrative work. You feel energized by a dynamic environment and take pride in delivering accurate results.
- Experience or interest in finance, accounting, or administrative roles
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working with recurring tasks and ad-hoc assignments
- Proficient in Excel and general Office tools
- Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
